Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products
Each Alter Apes T-shirt and hoodie is made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly selected size. Please review the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email matben.design@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed issues, at no additional cost to you.

Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly at matben.design@gmail.com with your order number, and no later than 30 days after that date, so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Returns
Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not return products to the address on the package. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production begins.

Your Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
